"Signing up with Because You Can Fitness is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I never liked exercising but that changed when I joined Lori's bootcamp class. The classes are a solid cardio workout with lots of strength-building exercises. As a beginner, I found it challenging but doable, and I like that it wasn’t a high-pressure environment. We exercise outdoors, Lori keeps it fun and fresh by switching up routines and adding new activities. After about 9 months, I felt ready for a greater challenge and joined the train-to-run program.
