Unemployment can sometimes be a blessing in disguise. After losing my desk job and finding it hard to get another one, I turned to exercise for both its mental and physical benefits. I was amazed at what I discovered. I was still unemployed, but my attitude changed, my energy increased, and I found myself loving the “new me.” A healthy lifestyle has its own rewards, and I had just discovered them. With these changes came a desire to share with others my experiences.We are living in a world today where people are less healthy and more overweight then ever. If you see yourself falling into that trap and want to do something about it, I'm here to help. I hope you will join me in living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Why? Because You Can
"Because you can" and "Do it like you mean it" are phrases I often heard from my dance teacher Colleen, who has always inspired her students to do the best they can, because they can. I’ve always taken her words to heart so this name is dedicated to her. She is truly a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend.
