Train To Run

May 9-June 6

Have you ever thought about giving running a try? Not sure where to start? Not ready to join a big running group or club? Let us help you out with a easy four week (8 classes) program that incorporates one class of outdoor strength training bootcamp and one class of running drills.
This is meant to be a fun group experience, You Do Not Have to Run, walking is encouraged. The idea is to get you moving and accomplishing the distance of a 5K (3.10 miles). The timing of this program is intended to finish before the Lawyers Have Heart 5K/10K June 8, 2019. Registration of that race is up to each participant, it's not included in the program. If you are interested in running the race, I will run alongside you. **If this race sells out before we get a chance to register, we can find another one**

Classes will be held Sundays 10AM for Bootcamp and Thursdays 6:45PM for running drills (this class may be shorter than an hour).
**There will be no class Sunday May 26 as this is Memorial weekend.**
If you are a current class participant and already have a class pass, these classes will be accepted, you do not have to buy the Train to Run program.

Where: Wharf Waterfront Park 
When Thursday May 9-Thursday June 6, 2019 10 AM (Sun), 6:45PM (Thu) 
Cost: $120 for 8 classes
This program is intended for those who want to start or get back into running.

Sweatn' to the 80's

Because You Can Fitness is going back to the 80's with a special workout aerobics dance class! Are you ready to dust off your favorite leotard, legwarmers and headband? Join me for an hour of fun, exercising to your favorite 80's music! 

80's fitness attire encouraged, but not necessary. :)

Where: This class will be held at the M Street Yoga studio in SW DC. 
When: March 30, 2018 3-4PM

Doggie and Me Bootcamp and Brunch

April 7 & June 16

Join us for Doggie and Me Bootcamp and Brunch
 Bring your pup to a special outdoor bootcamp class. We'll run drills, do dog friendly exercises, laugh and have fun.

**Don't have a dog? Neither do I! Come anyway!**

After class we will head over to one of the dog friendly restaurants, TBD for brunch.

Date: Sunday, April 7, June 16
Time: 10AM

Bring: Water, mat for you and water and treats for your dog
Cost: $15 per person
