Body Blast Bootcamp Class     $150 for 10 class pass
1 hour class. Classes will incorporate cardio, strength and balance. We'll work the entire body. This class is designed for beginner through advanced. I'll offer modifications and progressions for your level.


Body Blast Cardio/Core Class          $80 for 10 class pass

Wednesday evenings 6:00 PM

30 Minutes of cardiovascular and core exercises. This class is designed to keep the heart rate up as we move through the exercises. 

 

Doggie and Me Bootcamp Class            $15
1 hour class. Classes will incorporate circuits of running drills, cardio, and strength training that you and your dog can perform together. This is open to everyone.


Sweat'n to the 80's  TBD       $15
1 hour class. This will be a special hour of fun, exercising to your favorite 80's music!

 

Body Blast Bootcamp and Spa Yoga Class            $20
1 hour class. This special class will be 30 minutes of cardio, strength and core and 30 minutes of spa yoga. Two teachers, one class! This is open to everyone.

 

Train To Run Program   TBD             $180

Have you ever thought about giving running a try? Not sure where to start? Not ready to join a big running group or club? Let us help you out with a easy six week (12 classes) program that incorporates one class of outdoor strength training bootcamp and one class of running drills.

Any session cancelled within the 24 hours will be a session lost. I will try and make accommodations for extenuating circumstances that couldn’t be foreseen. I will try and accommodate schedule change requests when cancellations are made outside the 24 hour period.
